Schedule:
6:00 Mat Rats wrestlers report to LCC wrestling room
Parents and spectators are welcome to watch the freshman and Jr. varsity matches while we prepare for the demonstration in the wrestling room. It will be a crowded evening with the combination of our team and the high school team in the wrestling room. Unfortunately we don’t have an exact time for when the demonstration will begin since we’re at the mercy of the high school matches.
Attire:
Please have your wrestler(s) wear their Maverick Mat Rats shorts and shirt with their wrestling shoes.
The LCC Mavericks will face off against a long-time rival, the Carlsbad High School Lancers, in their dual match. The Mat Rats will take the floor before the start of the Varsity match. They will do live demonstrations showcasing some takedowns and pinning combinations.
All wrestlers and their families are welcome to stay and watch the Varsity match following the demonstration.

Entry Fee: $23 on site and walk ups will be $30 (No walk up registration day of)
Weigh Ins: Weigh Ins will be held Friday night from 6 pm – 8 pm along with regional weigh in sites to be approved.
Details: Wrestling will start at 9 am on Saturday morning! There will be seven mats. We expect 400 wrestlers at this tournament! Several out of town teams have committed including: Oakdale, Gilroy, USA Pounders and more to come! NO USA / SCWAY CARD REQUIRED
Age / Weight Divisions:
Elementary (5th Grade and Below) 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, HWT (120)
Junior High (8th Grade and Below) 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 120, 130, 140, 160, 180, 205, 220, HWT (280)
Awards: Top 3 in each division will Receive Custom Super Bowl Brawl Monster Medal; Light Weight and Upper Weight OW Award for Each Division
